This custom residence is currently under construction, delivered through our full-service architectural and interior design process. The project has progressed from schematic design through design development, and into detailed building permit and construction documentation, ensuring a cohesive and buildable outcome at every stage.

Working closely with the homeowners, the design reflects their vision for a refined retirement home—balancing functionality, comfort, and long-term livability. Our team has led coordination with consultants and the municipality to secure approvals, while continuing to oversee the design intent through construction. Interior design has been integrated throughout, resulting in a fully considered, cohesive home from concept to completion.
